Take a look at my progression thread (link in my sig), there's a sound clip in there if you wanna hear what it all sounds like together.. I did get a +2 degree tune, but it's not mandatory.. Just really helps w/ throttle response w/ all the breather mods, you get more air in the cylinders before you ignite the gas..
sweet. any idea if any of this will void my warranty?

I recommend searching through the threads because there are many on here that deal with your question, but I can't remember which ones. I would look into high flow catalytic converters (HFC) first. If thats not loud enough, then maybe a combination of headers and HFC's. Headers however are expensive, a PITA to install and will probably kill the stock exhaust note.

HFCs (High Flow Cats) all day.. Crawfords, Fast Intentions, Berk Technologies, or Kinetix are the popular ones.. I have Berks. Will also get you some HP and Torque as well..

I would recommend Berk hfc's. I love mine. They sound great and it fitment is dead on with the cat hanger. Hfc's with will bring the db up on the stock exhaust (which is calsonic). Headers and hfc's with stock rear sections sound good too but changes the stock tone slightly.

^You should get the motordyne plenum spacer as well. Underdrive pulleys aren't going to give you any gains, at least not the UR set. You should also look into some lowering springs.

How long is your throttle body spacer? I'm thinking about getting one but I don't know if my CAI will install correctly.

Go with a set of AMS lightweight pulleys. they are standard size so you will not have under-drive issues with accessories and they have a steel sleeve so there will be no issues with a leaking seal. UR are aluminum sleeved.

Topspeed = loud & raspy.

Look into hks or the hks clones( x02 , m2 performance mcr, cxlightining ) for the best exhausts in that style. The clones are a good bang-for-buck, and acually get better hp gains, as they usually(not all of the clones!) Have 2.5" piping.
