New Coupe Color...
The sales executive at Midway Infiniti (Phoenix) told me that the Carribean Blue is gone for '04, they are replacing it with a metallic green color. In '05 the green will be replaced with a new color.
Basically every year the "wildcard" color will be replaced with a new one. So if you have CB, you may have a collectors item!
5AT Coupe/Ivory Pearl & Graphite--with all but the navi!!!

Re: New Coupe Color...
Silver is the highest resale value. The special colors are rare. But demand won't be high. That's what happened to the M3's. You would see a Laguna seca Blue sell for like 40,000 but a silver would cost just under msrp for used. Thats true because more people like silver, thats just how it is.

Re: New Coupe Color...
i think logic would agree with you as it is much easier to sell a silver car than a green car.....not many people like green on a car, same goes with blue
i dont think the caribbean blue is a hot color.....Diamond Graphite and B.Silver are probably the hottest colors on the G
please note: HOTTEST=MOST POPULAR thus easier to sell
color of a car really doesnt affect resale "value" persay because on a normal car like the G, all of the paint colors offered are of the same quality....whereas on some Porsches, BMW's, Mercedes, special metallic paints cost more than their regular paints, thus slightly higher resale value.

I would have to disagree. If all things were equal, I think Black would be more popular. However, since its so hard to take care of, people like silver. Silver looks the same even after its faded. That’s why it might hold it value better. Not because its beautiful. That’s why there are not many silver cars at auto shows.
Please note: Most popular = Lazy People = Silver = Easier to sell.
Ok….Now you can go ahead and flame me.

Ack! My eyes! That poor car! Might as well slap a Dodge emblem on it and hang a ballon over it that says, "Hi."
And next time, don't include the side marker in your selection area before changing the colors.
