I have Nationwide. They like almost all companies will do what they can not to pay out a claim hoping they find a chump who gives up.

But make a stink and start threatening and they will do the right thing knowing it will cost them more in the end if they don't.

And at the same time you've just managed to raise insurance rates for everyone because you felt justified to buy expensive tires.

^lmao. I did not raise rates buy getting tires. I got hit and it was "x" amount of damages to my car so they needed to give me "x" amount. Im not working for free, I work for money like every one else. I took the money that I made an hour and got tires. Its no different then when I paint at work and buy tires with my pay check.............

Sweet!!! BBB is always the way to go when someone trips you over.!! surprised to hear that someone actually showed up at your work instead of making a phone call.

Same here..I just got rearended this evening...doesnt look bad but I don't want to get jacked around...do I have to settle for OEM equivalent or can I demand OEM only? I've heard that if true OEM parts are used then you don't get diminished value...???

^What lol. Not true at all my friend. Depending on the year of your car is what makes it worth oem parts or aftermarket parts to the insurance company. Most are 5 years or older get aftermarket, but some do 2-3. It depends on the year and what insurance company you have.

The way to determine what the diminished value is just take half of the totle price of the repair. If you have $2,000 of damage to your car and it gets fixed. When you trade it in they tell you its worth $1,000 less.

Haha! Thats good news that you got them to pay up. Its really fu*ked up when they promise you the world and take all your money and when you need them they tell you they won't pay. Good advice to give to everyone else. Nice color btw. Looks high quality and real clean.
