Brakes What is actual 0-60 time for G35 coupe?????

Well guys, this is it. Four months ago I bought 2004 G35 with 225/40 R18 winter tires on it, both on the front and the rear. I tested it and my 0-60 time was around 6.2 – 6.8. Today I change the rear tires to 245/45 R18 and tested the car then I was shocked – it was damn slow – around 7.5!!! Please, tell me what is actual acceleration time? Know that my question is about tires diameter also, but… actually I have NO idea what is my G’s 0 – 60 time(((

0-60 doesnt really matter. What matter's more is your quarter mile time.

yes thats a 6mt. The ATs are a few tenths slower. ATs have lower WHP cause there is a greater loss in the drivetrain, also the 5AT isn't exactly the quickest shifting transmission out there. If you get a quality grounding kit the lag between gears will be reduced greatly.

Heres a thread about a grounding wire kit:

"Did you power launch it?" - do you mean holding the brakes while pushing the gass then release the brakes? I did it a little

G35s are just slow. I have accepted it. Unless you want to spend a ton of money on FI..... Then might as well just buy a faster car to begin with.
