launching

what rpm have you guys found is best for launching the G? thanks!

04 Black/Black, 6MT, Premium, Aero, Clear Corners, GReddy TT, Nitrous Oxide [last two i wish ^.^]

I got an excellent launch the other day...
Blipped the throttle to about ~1500rpm and let go of the clutch pretty quick (not a drop, but an "accelerated release"...whatever), the car responded great, as soon as the car jumped forward I just slammed on the gas - and the car just took off - no wheel spinning, nothing. just a clean and fast launch.

Isn't it best to also turn off the VDC

1. Hit the VDC button [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
2. Put the sucker into 1st [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
3. Blip the throttle slightly ~1500rpms [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
4. Let go of the clutch in a quick-smooth way [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
5. Floor it the rest of the way [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
