IMO my stock G is fast, but I've never ridden in anything that's actually fast...say, a GT-R or a V12 Vantage.

I loved my G and when I had I thought it was pretty quick. I have a tundra as my DD and when I got in the G35 after a few days of driving the truck it felt pretty fast and nimble. I sold the G though and got a GTR and the GTR is ungodly fast, feels too fast sometimes, lol.
My G was modded, too. (intake, plenum spacer, and hks hi-power exhaust) still have the exhaust if anyone wants to buy it PM me!

****ing fast for stock. I've never owned a nice car such as this before. I remember test driving it at the dealership. I fell immediately in love.

I went from a 1996 Toyota Corolla with about 100hp (0-60 in over 10 seconds, engine screaming @75mph) to a 2006 G35 6MT. I feel like I've woken up for the first time in my life! This is my first car with over 100hp.

Needless to say, I'm very happy with the stock performance! I thought it was the best non-turbo bang-for-my-buck performance for a reliable sports car for $17.5k (if you go used).

coming from the honda world and having to sleep with one eye open at night just so they couldn't take my 140hp 98 integra, yes i was very pleased when i drove off the lot with my G it was definitely WAY faster then my integra. but i will be modding soon... p.s. one thing im not to happy with is that even with forced induction these cars dont really put serious numbers to the ground. i mean ive seen hondas put down bigger numbers to the ground on a stock plant with some type of forced induction...but none the less I'm EXTREMELY happy with my '06 coupe and will not be getting rid of her for a while

I went from a Dodge Neon to an 06 coupe, so ya it's pretty nice. My only planned mods are exterior mods and a new head unit right now.

It's kinda quick, but nothing exhilarating. When I first got it, I was very impressed with it, but now that I have a 1000CC sport bike, the car doesn't really do anything for me in terms of power/speed excitement. It still looks nice though, so I'm content with that for now.

Has plenty of power for me, an adequate amount for the street that is. I think it looks great as compared to about 90% on the road today too.

2003 G coupe.

I have a 900cc sports bike but that's apples and oranges, gotta spend big bucks before a car will give you the rush of a liter bike. Not much out there that gets up like a good inline four

I love my G, sometimes i wish it was AWD, and sometimes i love the RWD, i'm kind of done fooling around in the rain and doing donuts and sliding around.

i also wish i didn't have as many exhaust problems as i do, but the car's great, i haven't driven it in almost a week now
