I think seibon makes that lip, seen that lip in person, looks damn good if I ever get rid of my nismo bumper I would rock that lip

 

You can find it on ebay. I don't remember the company name that makes it but they don't make it anymore, so some other company picked up where theey left off. It is a nice lip. I'm getting this one whenever my bumper eats whatever is in front of it on the road. lol I know its coming its just a mater of when.
