Cold air intake/exhaust/headers?

Will these items fit both the 350z and g35 the exact same seeing as its the same engine? If not where can I find a good website to but nismo parts for g35?

Intake and headers yes, but I don't think the exhaust will fit

The exhaust will fit with a ~6" extension you'll have to add to the midpipe.
