throttle body spacer

i just installed a throttle body spacer and now i'm getting a air sound , it doesn't last long but every time i shift it happens

The TBS I installed years ago had an o-ring on one side and extended bolts, is that what yours came with? That's been on my G for so long I almost forget it's there. I did enjoy the extra throttle response I got when it was installed....I've spent worse $$....

Yes it came with all that so did I do something wrong or is it couse I have the cold air intake on it too

If it sounds almost like a turbo blow off valve, or brief sucking noise/whistle, then it's normal with the cold air intake. Mine did that after putting on the stillen intake. If you have a vacuum leak, then the car would run like crap.

Define "air sound", do you mean it whistles a little bit? Cause thats normal with an intake.

i just threw in a z-tube and i have that same blow off valve'y sound. i personally love it. not too noticable but enough to ahve fun with

+1 it is normal. I installed my K&N typhoon CAI and experienced the same thing. Completely normal and also is there real gains with a TB spacer??
