Are you unlocking with manual key? keyfob? intelligent key? door handle button?

 

Do you have an aftermarket alarm?? When I picked up my old 300zx some of the old wiring was messed up, it was disarming the aftermarket alarm but not the factory alarm. Easy quick fix was to disconnect the factory alarm.

 

Pull your horn fuse.

 

This coming from the guy that doesn't know how to add coolant.

Lock the car and then check the handle to make sure that the actuator is actually locking the door. I bet that your door isnt locking and then it is opened and the alarm goes off. happened to me lol
