Works Bell Neo Paddle shifter install guide in English Please

I have searched in many forums and here and cant find the wiring diagram for the Works Bell Neo paddle shifter kit. They sent me the one in Japanese and I'm not about to translate it. Can someone help me with a link please? I have seen the DIY pages here on this forum. Somewhat helpful, but my wiring comes with a few other connectors and wires.

Also, if you have black interior, the portion under the steering column that needs to be drilled out.....I have that part if you'd like it already drilled. Just pay for shipping and it's yours.

Happy modding
Quite the deal, jump on it!

I have a neo kit. It doesnt attach to the column. It attatches to the bell works fitting and steering wheel. My wiring is different too. There is a harness that actually clips into the stock clip on the front of the clock bezel thing in the steering wheel (whatever its called) I have a red wire left over. I think it may be power, but, theres nothing to connect it to in that area. I'll take some pics tomorrow and post em.
