I used an eastwood fender roller and a heat gun. There are several how-to videos on youtube and it was really easy after watching a couple. I was able to rent the tools from a local shop in town since I think the fender rollers are fairly expensive.

Fender rollers aren't too much money, but the problem is that it's not a tool you will use very often unless you have a business really. For most, once you have rolled the fenders you probably won't need to use it again, unless you get more aggressive wheels/tires.
