Click noise is always battery related. Did u check the power cable, all the fuses that connect to the batt?

Yea I've checked the fuses on the power cable and yea I've sanded down the cables so they are cleaner then I've ever had them and the battery reads around 12.5 and 12.9 since I've been jumping it make. I've checked the cables and i'm just not seeing anything cut on the top or underneath.

{Edit}
Yea Killerz, I've check all of the fuses, the ones on the cable, the little box next to the battery, and inside. I haven't done anything with the lights, so I really don't think this applies to me unless i'm missing something?

I had a similar problem before too on my 03 350z turbo twin and don't know if this would help. Since your is tt also, I would use a one step colder spark plugs. Also make sure that the coil packs is plug up right, on my driver side valve cover I mixed the number 4 plug wiring with 6 and it will only start when it cold. Next check for any vacuum leaks like loose piping, couplers, etc. Finally you could check the fuel pump assembly make sure the fuel filter is not dirt, fuel pump is working, wiring on assembly is all good.

Issue Found

Finally got back to this and I think I found the issue. When I removed the starter I didn't notice a cable connected to the B terminal, so when I put the new starter in I didn't connect anything to it. I've removed the starter again and searched and can't find the cable that should go to the terminal. Anyone have this happen, I'm referring to the cable #5 in this diagram: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...starterFSM.jpg
