Coupe Random Little Question Thread
I didn't, but I don't have a crash bar so something is better than nothing.
New question: Does anyone know the color code of the wiring going to either one of the cooling fans? The wires attached directly to the fan shroud are merely extensions and don't match that of the harness. Looking for the wiring coming directly from the harness. Can't find the schematic in the FSM.

I tried installing the GTSpec strut bar on the front only to realize the POS doesn't fit. With one side installed, the hole on the other side is roughly a half of an inch off preventing the bolt from being installed. Anyone have any similar issues with this supposedly "brand named" product?
Nope

It did, thanks.
I had loosened both bases the first time and it didn't help. Finally got it on tonight by completely removing one of the bases and forcing it into position. I still say its a crappy fit.
It will fit perfectly but here's the secret. You have to have both bases loose to attach the bar correctly. Leave some play in the nuts/bolts on each side of the bases then hook up the bar. You'll have enough play to get everything to fit, then tighten the bases to the strut towers and lastly tighten down each side of the bar. Took me a bit to figure this out.
G35 coupe caliper covers?
The brake calipers on my car currently look exactly like this, both front and rear.

It looks unfinished and that bugs me.
I've read a few posts on here about getting G37 sport brakes? I assume they mean these?

Would this G37 brake setup fit on my 03 G35 coupe? If this doesn't work, could I get some suggestions thrown my way?
Also, I refuse to put any kind of fake plastic/metal whatever cover, or paint onto my G, so please don't suggest them.
Thanks!

Yes Akebonos (the G37s and 370z brake setup will work and lots of people user them on their G's to look sexy). Alternatively OEM Brembo setups are a great upgrade. A used set in good shape can be had for $1000 or less in the marketplace. Thank you for refusing caliper covers
