Thanks for the advice, LoSt180! That actually makes a lot of sense! I will do some looking around to see if I can get my eyes on that amp and see how big of a project this will end up being

It's a well balanced sub - that said - it leaves much to be desired if you like hard hitting bass.

Thumbs down Slight problem.

Hey I'm in need of a little technical assistance. I was wondering if anyone would know the specifications for a water pump pulley bearing. Cause mine decide it no longer wanted to stay where it was and thought the interstate was a better place for it. If anyone could get me out of having to buy a brand new pulley assembly from the dealership that would be great.

Water pump is chain driven and internal to engine. Wouldn't be on the interstate. There are 3 idler pulleys for the belts, one can be safely deleted. Look up idler pulley delete, see if it's the one that failed, might get lucky in that regard.

It is the pulley that can be deleted. But there's one slight problem. That pulley also runs to my supercharger. If you know a way that I could add another pulley face on somewhere that'd be helpful also

Oh, well then your only option is to replace it.

Looks like Z1 sells it for $68 https://www.z1motorsports.com/fan-ac...et-p-9062.html

Don't think this warrants it's own thread - unless it keeps happening - so I'm asking if anyone else had the same thing happen.

I got to my destination today, turned off the engine (ign to acc) and for some weird reason the stereo turned off - it is wired to stay on with acc like oem. I figure some malfunction caused the car to lose complete power even when the key was on acc. Didn't test the seats/cig lighter/lights etc because I just instantly flicked the key to off and back to acc and found everything came back on just fine. Obviously the trip was cleared, radio memory wiped. So I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced some sort of power loss when going from ign to acc. I'm just hoping it's not some module going sour...

Looking for clutch kit recommendations. Finally roasted my factory clutch after 217k miles. I can still drive it, but it slips when using Launch Control (new Uprev ARC feature) or even hard launches from a stop. It smells so bad.

Street car, daily driver with usual bolt-ons and tune.

I really like my JWT clutch with the lightened flywheel. However, it's tiring on the leg if you take the spring out of the clutch pedal.

I have the RJM adjustable clutch pedal, which deletes that helper spring. It should be able to adjust the leverage to make the heavier clutch a non-issue.

I'm so used to the heavey OEM clutch pedal that every other manual car clutch feels light to me.

I do need to buy that clutch pedal kit sometime. I still keep having the clutch pedal sticking issue.

I had the sticking pedal issue initially when I did a lot of city driving. I never had the issue after taking the clutch pedal spring out. After a few weeks, I added the spacers to the clutch pedal to shorten the travel, and put the spring back in. The issue still hasn't come back. Maybe you can try one of those two mods or both.

I will try that, thanks. Is there a thread here on removing the spring? I've seen the thread for the spacers.
