I have a 04 coupe on 19x9.5 +22 wheels 255/35 and 275/35 tires. I want to lower my car i was think about a inch. I would prefer to not roll my fenders. Maybe just lower my car enough where i wouldnt have to roll my fenders. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

you can try sport springs and shocks off a 350z. i think they give a very mild drop. otherwise lowering springs.

Tein 350Z H-Techs will lower your G about 1" on all four corners and leave you with 1.5" gap over your tires. If you value your tires, you'll also need a camber kit front and rear! Some will say, "It isn't needed" but how fast your tires wear out is where the truth lies! Michael, If you don't want to spend $1K+ on springs/camber kit forget lowering your ride, concentrate on sways and adjustable end links for handling!

Hey guys, I'm also new to this but is the link below all that is needed for camber kits? should that be enough to correct alignment and prolong tire life? thanks in advance!

Those are well respected here and a good choice. Make sure you get the SPC toe bolts for the rear as well, I didn't see them mentioned.
