Unplug the harnesses and take a picture of the relay plug without the harnesses, then go to your local pick-and-pull scrapyards and find basically ANY Nissan/Infiniti from 2000-2015ish and it should have a compatible relay. They're crazy expensive to buy new for some reason. It might not have the exact same bracket so you might need to attach it to the fender with some 3M double adhesive tape.
