Engine sputters at high RPM

Engine sputters at high RPM
Looking to get your opinions about my issue regarding engine sputtering at high RPM's on occasion. It started when I took the car to the track late last year and it only happens during WOT but inconsistently. It threw a code P2A00 which I read and performed dx inspections/procedures etc, no intake air leaks, no exhaust leaks, O2 sensor voltages are fine etc. I also tried fuel injector cleaner but no progress.
I told my tuner about it and he said he did not find anything wrong. As of now, there is no SES but the sputtering is still there occasionally which I suspect could be my fuel system.
How do shops perform or test if fuel system is working properly? I don't want to assume like just take my fuel injectors for cleaning or replace my fuel pump then issue would still occur afterwards. I want to be certain that issue will be fixed.
Car has:
Uprev tuned
New spark plugs
Full bolt-ons
170k
Thank you in advance

Get the fuel pressure damper sandwich adapter from Z1 Motorsports and put a fuel pressure gauge in the cabin somewhere so you can watch for pressure problems.
If you have high miles on your cam and crank sensors replace them with OEM or Hitachi units.
If you have 60k+ miles on the spark plugs replace them and inspect the coil packs
Do a compression test.

New NGK spark plugs is less than 80 miles ago, coil packs appeared to be good.
How do I know if crank sensors needs replacing? currently no codes that leads to replacing crank sensor though.
Thanks Cleric

Update, after reading lots of info's from other people that experienced the same issue and asking around, I am %95 certain that my fuel injectors are clogged. I'll need to pull it out and send it for cleaning and flow test. Probably not anytime soon because the current weather is soaking Cali, even track events are being cancelled due to the weather. Will update as soon as I get it done and will hopefully fix the issue.
