Unless it's a sway bar end link, then ignore away..

Noise gone,
First mechanic was wrong with all parts he did change. Another one was right, did rack and pinion change. Noise was 80% quite but still there, then he did compresion rod.
And it's all gone. First mechanic + second one cost me around 1k...
Thank you guys for all responds!

Hi everyone,
Noise came back on same wheel

Parts that are replaced are from autozone, ball joint, both lower control arms, sway bar link and steering rack. I did only 6-8k miles after repair.
If i even fix this time what would you recommend, maybe only replace bushings but performance ones
Thanks!

Do not touch that adjustment on the rack or any steering rack for that matter! It adjusts the pinion gear to rack lash, has nothing to do with tension. It is set from the factory.
I had a clunk in my steering rack ~25k miles ago. Turned that guy 1/4 turn and all fixed. Maybe tension's not the right word but pretty sure it works by moving the pinion gear closer or further from the rack similar to something like a belt tensioner. Definitely not this guy's problem though.
OP you need to find a mechanic experienced with these cars who can actually show you the problem, I think you've learned throwing parts at it on the advice of random mechanics is never the best solution.
