Bi xenon for the high beam?

I really want my fog lights to be hid’s and not the high and lo hid bulb with a halogen as the fog light. Is it possible to wire a bi xenon hid in the oem 2005 coupe fog /high beam light?

Yes, but you shouldn't have an LED or HID bulb there as fog lights at night not during fog can be very blinding to other drivers..
