I was pulled over for having tinted tail lights, but to my knowledge my tail lights are stock. Can anyone confirm this. I have jdm tails and never once did I think they were tinted. I even took a picture of an s5/600 to show the similarities. I was given a warning and I'm just here like Wondering what to do.

There isn't any film onthem either. The cop attempted to speed pass me as if he wanted to initiate a race with me but I did not increase my speed what so ever. Then I guess after not seeing me budge he decides to get behind me and I'm assuming to look for a reason to pull me over. He told me that there's barely a difference when I press my brakes. So I'm guessing he just wanted to pull me over to check my records and everything but I'm not sure. Being that there's a warning in my name about the lights I'd rather avoid another headache in the future

Like I'm sure this one isn't tinted, I will take a pic during the day to compare.

Record a video of it and post on youtube, then put the link here.

Turn on the headlights then tap the brakes a few times, you might have something WRONG with the taillights.

I see you sprayed your wheels, I am assuming you are younger. He is probably just busting your chops. He may of sped up to check out and see if there was anything else he could get you for? No front plate? Tint? I'd be curious to see a video to and see if maybe there is something wrong with them but based on your pics, looks non tinted to me. Just a cop busting chops......

Those are not tinted lol. Make sure you don't have a brake switch issue. Maybe the lights don't work at night? Maybe they don't work with the headlights?

My brakes work, the cop even recorded them on my phone for me to see that there was "little difference between my brake lights and regular", 'because they're tinted' which is bs to me.

The storm troopers have nothing better to do than to harass you. You will learn this as you get older.

Tax dollars wasted.

I got pulled over for license plate cover but I have seen several people running those.

I have been pulled over for tint but I have seen cars with darker tint.

I have been pulled over for my exhaust.

Now, at age 50, they pretty much leave me alone.

Go find a nice cop and get it signed off.
