Regardin the airbag:
How fast were you going when you had the accident. IIRC, airbags aren't designed to deploy at very low speeds.

Forget the shrink, go for group therapy. Oh yeah, that's what this is. We're all addicted I guess. My wife tells me I'm crazy for using all the Swiffer's on my front rims, but I'm comforted by the fact that it was a resourceful idea from a fellow addict on this board. Ahhhh.....

Glad she's back in your good hands. I had mine serviced a few months back and the mechanic nudged the front bumper on something. He fessed up, but they had to keep it over the weekend. Even though they gave me a sedan loaner (So glad I didn't get the sedan), it was a very long weekend for me. They ended up pulling the whole bumper off to repaint, which meant that they also fixed a big shopping-cart scratch and various other nicks. I was so glad to have her back, but I also thanked the mechanic for trying to squeeze through the alley. He didn't share my entusiasm.

A Train...I wasn't really moving. I had just hit the gas. Then..in a second..BAM!! The other guy was going about 20 to 30 mph. Also..the other guy was in a 1980's Cadillac Seville! LOL! (oh..and he had no insurance).
