So lets not be so quick to pass judgement. I think the GTO is a decent car, the styling is very bland, and thats the only reason I wouldnt get one.
Queer!

Ok that's cool, I just thought it was a little comical if he meant Infiniti.

The GTO is good bang for the buck and I congratulate you on the new car but a FI G might hang with it?? First of all, the GTO weighs almost 300lbs more than the G and has no more than 350whp, which is almost 100whp less than my G35. How do you mean might hang? I couldn't let that go by without a challenge.

How come you opted out of the M3 you were talking about? I too respect your choice, it all depends on what you want out of a car and how much you're willing to pay for it.

Best of luck with the GTO........but I think you'll be back 'in the Infiniti fold' one day.

Great motor, terrible packaging. I just bought my G.....I didn't even consider the GTO due to it looking like a Cavalier. FWIW, I'm all about American muscle.

ok, point taken... but how much did your G cost plus how much did you spend on your mods???....with all that you sacrifice drivability...i know the hazards of that when i had my Harley truck modded up....i was having problems all the time...

i opted out of the M3 on the account of the 750 a month car payment.....i'll probably still get one down the road...hell, i'm only 23 and i've already been through a Harley Davidson truck and a G35....

I came from American Muscle LT1 Camaro SS package. Good luck with the GTO. It is a great car, but I can't get past the looks. The hood in 05 made it better, but it still needs something for me to switch.

I went with my friend to check out a Chevy truck last week, and saw a used GTO with 3000miles on it... for sale... $24k. For a V8, 350+hp car... that's cheap!!

Power is great, but I agree with the styling... bland. But to each its own... Have fun with the GTO!
