spring help

hay guys i want to drop my car useing springs and i had a few questions please help.
1. what is the difference between the Tein H-tech, and the Tein S-tech
2. if i get only springs how many miles till my stock shocks go bad i have a 2004 g35 coupe with 17k miles on it, and want to drop it 1 inch.
3. will i need a camber kit or arm or the toe thing or anything else with a 1 inch drop.
i really need your help guys i dont know ANYTHING about suspention.

you will get more feedback if you post this in the suspension forum, there are several guy there that know a LOT about all the different set ups. that being said, here are some of the numerous threads I found in about 30 seconds by using the search function:
