I like a little challenge. My question is? Is there a size that you are thinking about?
And please, before you go out and get this stuff printed, let me see if I can help you on the process. There is big markup in printing and die cutting. Ask the Florida g35club about there B-cards.

 

I guess since noone else is even TRYING I'll start by 'setting the bar'.

Yeah, I think the site should pay a contract graphic designer and then transfer the cost to it's daily users.
