Dyno'ed Stock G35 Coupe 244RWHP

Just got back from a dyno run and as you can tell im really pleased with the results. I did 3 pulls 242, 242, 244. The TQ stayed around 279lbs.

This car is BONESTOCK with 10k on it. It was a decent day around 88degrees and the humity was rather low.

here is a link to the Dyno Graph if the pics dont work

seems to be that the dyno image isnt workin correctly, if you email i can send it to you till I host the chart somewhere else.

244 is very good compared to what I have been seeing. I dynoed mine at 3k miles and it was around 235.

Is that for the 6MT or 5AT?

As I understand it a car wont make peak HP until around 15k miles. You also have to consider driveline loss. 244 sounds good to me!

Yes 244 is great, thats only 13% loss. It must have been a strick. So I figure an automatic would put down about 235. If so Im happy with that. I have an auto and I will be doing a base dyno soon before I start to put on a bunch of mods I have planned.

the numbers are given to you in std, normally you see them in sae.

those numbers are there purely to put a smile on your face, not to give you an accurate representation of what your car's power is.

The correction factor is STD and not SAE. This could be why your numbers are higher than average. STD is normally 4% higher than SAE. SAE would give you 234 whp.
