Just too crazy not to share (video clip)
Not sure if this is a re-post or not, but I'm seeing it for the first time tonight, and I was like "yeah yeah, Dodge Viper and a Ferrari go at it, cool, very cool, but is this it...I mean where's the cool part, I hate it when....HOLY SH&T!!!, did that really happen, ummm, looks like it! HOLY SH&T!!!

**Kids...what did we learn today? We learned to walk the track (road in this case) before racing. Yes, very good!
Nice how the dumb @ss hits the gas hard (you can hear it on the video, before jamming the brakes on a hair pin turn. You can't do that, it's just the law of physics man! LOL

Ok,
Now them there are fighting words bro.
JK!
I own a Dodge, a very nice one. It's my baby. Got me laid in college plenty.
Well, it's been awhile since college, (started in 1995 and grad in 2000), but I'll tell you what, it's still in my garage and I love it just as much as the G, but I know it doesn't even come close to it. Never getting rid of it either.
Still fun to cruise around in...
Let me see if I can find a pic or two.
P.s. I would love to own a Viper. Not you? Wild man, wild.

What I like about the new Vipers is the logo. When it is looked at normally, it looks like the head of a viper-snake. However, I think that it was a joke that one of the Viper-logo designers snuck past everyone, where if you invert the same logo......you see Daffy-Duck staring back at you!!!!

What is that, a Dodge Stratus/Chrysler Sebring? That got you laid in college? You must have something else going for you that you're not aware of.
I've got headers installed, a AEM CIA, etc etc. For 1995, that was nice. Not sure what you are seeing in those pictures that you don't like, but hey, everyone is intitled.
What is funny to ME, is that there are many "kids" that are still in High School and College that have a G. How nice is that!!?? But, what else do they have to look forward to? I guess a Vette or Ferrari? Anyways...
What ride(s) did you have in the past when in college? GT-RON? Are you in College Now?

I liked the styling of the Dodge Avenger. I always questioned their choice of drive/powertrain though. If they had made it RWD w/ a powerful V6 or v8, it would have been a hot selling pony car. But in the 90's, Dodge had no good engines (v10 doesn't count). The Prowler was another example of the weak engine killing the sales potential.

They are bringing back the HEMI, but then look again, there are no MT's...?
Maybe the SRT-10 Ram Truck, but that's not a sports car...
A nice size V6 Manual in my car would have been sweet!
Can you believe they threw in a 2.5L V6. Yep, Small F'cker!!
What I've always said about my car, "It's looks fast, but that's about all." LOL.
STILL...if I'm not in the mood to shift all day and just leave the windows rolled down and the Spolier type Moon Roof wide open and crusie on a nice sunny day, you can't beat it. Atleast for me!

I'm 34, with a wife and 2 kids. My car list is as follows, starting in 1987:
'79 Datsun 280ZX - manual (1st car)
'85 Nissan 280ZX Turbo - Auto (@ 17)
no car for a year
'91 Mustang GT - manual (new @ 19)
'97 Mitsu. GSX - manual (heavily modified, bought new)
'55 Chevy Bel Air 2-door Hardtop - auto w/ 468ci big-block (in '00)
'05 G35 coupe - 6MT
Not being snobby. Again, just pointing out that you're probably being humble in your assets.

Hey Bud (GT-RON),
No offense taken, I was just uncertain of your actual age, and if you were a young gun or not.
If you were like 19, I could understand looking at a decade old Avenger, going how did this car get this guy laid!?!? HA!
Thanks for taking the time to chat with me on PM btw. Really enjoying our conversations, and all the great info you have to offer!
That is a great "Cars in my life to date" list! Lucky dog with a lot of them!
Mine is much shorter, Let's see:
I'm 29, going on 40 with a Wife that's about to POP! We are expecting our Little Man any day now. Like she could scream my name in a minute and I'll htitting "post" before I'm finished writing this reply, and grab our bags and head to the hospital type of: "about to pop".
Can't wait to be a Dad Man!!!
Ok, back to the "WHIPS"...
--83' Olds Omega 4-door compact w/ 200K+ miles on it, courtsey of the old man [got in1993] [Died in 95 - R.I.P.]
--96' Dodge Avenger (6K on it, was a demo car, but brand new enough for me!) Courtsey of the old man since I kept a 4.0gpa [got in Dec of 96] [Has 147K on it and needs a random misfire issue resolved]
--03' G35 Coupe...uh I mean SKYLINE! (17K on it / was a dealership owners car, or so they said.) [got in April 2005] ....has only 21K on it to date!
--94' Buick Century (150K+) Courtsey of the old man. He got new car and knew I was driving 90 miles round trip to work and didn't want to kill my Avenger!
What I've learned from writing this post: Man, I need to give my Pop a HUG!
LOL!
