How far off is your camber with the H&R's? I'd like to just get those and use them out of the box if possible. Does it require an alignment?

I just read this entire thread up to now. I still don't really feel confident about any of the options that are available so far. I would like to drop a little, but not if it means I have to replace shocks and add chamber kits and things. Is the H&R option the least invasive option? (We should have a small list of options in order of amount of drop, which also lists if you should get chamber kits, etc)

I am using 17" wheels and I don't plan on changing that. I have two sets of 17"s. having larger wheels on your car can reduce shock life by itself I believe . I am hoping someone will tell me H&R's with 17" wont kill my shocks all that quickly.

Thanks for the thread guys.

doesnt matter what springs you put. your gonna need shocks. my tien h-tech dont drop the car as much as other springs do, and my shocks went real quick. i dont need a camber kit though.

I asked this in another thread about camber, but I thought I would ask here also.

What camber kits work for front and rear on the X? I want to see how much they might cost.

Are the cusco ones any good? They have them on everythingg35.com for ~$500. That seems like a lot though.

Anyway to get front and rear kits for cheaper? Something decent that wont break or have issues?

I guess I could buy used. What should I look for?

Thanks guys. My drop on the Eibachs look awesome but I think my camber is a little off. Ill get a 4 wheel alignment done soon, unless you guys think I should get camber kits... then I will wait.

Actually I still talked to the guy I am dealing with. He sent the front struts to the company and they are starting R&D. He is keeping me updated too.

Edit: Just got a text from him. It says "new one in the works. Gonna have a forum and more info.

The ride quality that the H&R's offer are amazing and i'm happy i went with them Here are some pics(sorry for the bad cell phone quality)

Thanks to SEDDON who helped me with the specs.
