Folks, please help me decide on shocks for my 05X. I just put in a set of Z-Htechs and my ride is too bouncy, shocks aren't leaking but I still think I need to replace them.

I'm stuck between the KONI yellows (if they fit) and the D-specs. There is a price difference that I'm aware of, but money isn't an option with this buy, I lowered my car and want the optimum ride I can get!! HELP!

Im quite happy to see news on the coilovers - hopefully they will be done soon!!!

I got just about 100k on my 04 G and the shocks are SHOT. I mean the car still rides really well considering, but I need a new suspension and I don't feel like doing it twice, and when parts need to be replaced, I wanna upgrade.

Hope they come out soon!

Great job Flyinglumpia!!!!!

Kazaam35x - I've got 350z Htech springs on my 04 X w/ DSpecs on the rear and new, OEM Nissan struts/shocks on the front. The ride is good w/ not much bounce...

Just got some coupe wheels, but I'm still a bit confused on tire size for these 19s on my X sedan. I want to get same size tires all around even though the rears are half an inch wider. Will that work?? Got a pair of 225-40-19's layin around, should I get 2 more to round out set or sell those and go with 245-40-19s all around. I'm dropped pretty low on the 350Z H-techs

Is there an ETA on those coilovers yet?
My shocks are blown and I just put some Tokicos in the back. The fronts are still suffering!

Does anyone know why Sedan coilovers wont work for the X? The rears work but not the front because of rubbing? or they just wont fit?

Help with this^^?? Should I go with 240-40-19's all around with my coupe 19's or 245-35-19s?? Getting wheels powdercoated this week, gotta order tires asap. I'm lowered on 350z-Htechs in front and putting in a revized Z pair in rear to even up drop. HELP!!!

Kazaam, pm gdup. That is a tough choice, but I would probably go with the 245/40/19 and roll your fenders. But now looking at your quote, the 225 might help since it would be stretch on the rear and help from not rubbing. Like I said pm gdup. He has helped me alot. I just put 15mm spacer in the rear with my 20's now I am running a +25

You could but I would go with H&R sedan springs drops about 1.75" and a better ride. I have had 350Z and coupe, oem and teins springs and they suck. Remember the 350Z spring in the rear is way different than the X.
