Calling all "X's" with a lowered suspension!

Getting em put on next weekend. Will give a good breakdown on the ride.
Thanks for the help from Flyinglumpia and qbturbo for influencing my decision.

Specs say 1.2in in the front and 1.1 in the rear. Go to page 24 in this thread and qbturbo has the springs on. Is a nice even drop, and the springs are progressivly wound instead of linear, so rides should be better.
Just received my new 350z H-Techs for my 05X, looking at buying a rear swaybar cuz I'm told our X can't fit a front one (is this correct?). I want to do all suspension work my boy helps me put springs in. I've waited too long for these coilovers. Will these 350z H-Techs give me an even drop (more in front?). What about all the different tie braces you can put on coupes, which ones fit our X??
Lookin at buying this rear sway since with the X I can't mount the front.

Next Saturday cannot get here fast enough
H&R springs go on next weekend, but I had to throw the new wheels on for a week so I can judge the difference in ride before and after the springs. These are 19in MRR GT-1 wheels with Falken FK452 245/40/19 tires. The ride feels great so far. Old tires had a bit under 28k on them, so these feel much softer. Even with a bigger rim.

I have 245/40/19's and I have 3 inches, pre drop of clearance with a +35 offset. I do not think the 18's with the same other specs should cause an issue. I am getting the work done Saturday am. Will have pics up that afternoon.
Think you will be fine.

Great idea to mount the tires first to see the difference in ride characteristics. I highly recommend you test out your cornering abilities now, with the 19's on & stock suspension....then give it a shot next week...you'll see a world of a difference. Also, I think your car will look 10X better on those rims once you drop it...good luck w/ the install!
tutty:
I'm dropped on H & R springs, 19x8.5 rims, 40 offset, with 245/40/19 tires, no rubbing with 5 passengers and loaded trunk.
Alignment corrected front and rear toe and adjusted rear camber as much as possible.
Good luck.

Got tired of waitin for these coilovers, gettin my 350z H-techs along with a new V2 Richie strutbar installed next weekend. Posted on here for ideas on what additional tie braces like the GT-Spec will fit on my 05 X but got no response. My X looks like a damn SUV with my 20s on lol. Check it out.

The Shocker
Two fingers in the front and one finger in the back...
Ok, it is a bit better than that. Pretty much a 2 in the front and 1.5 in the back, but not exactly the same.
So I threw on the H & R sedan springs, SPC rear camber kit and bolt kit today. I left on the stock shocks. I drove home from the shop ('bout 45 mins on the highway) on the stock rims and tires and the drop felt amazing. Not bouncy at all. Very tight, less boaty. Some had commented about the ride being bouncy in the rear with some of the drops they had, it is day one, but I do not feel it a bit. These springs are progressive, vs the TEIN that are linear springs, so may be some of the difference.
-Thanks again to qbturbo, Seddon and Flying Lumpia for your help with this.
I have not driven the car yet all finished. Sad but true. Will do that tomorrow and see how she feels. But as far as looks, she looks pretty damn dirty and nice to me at the same time. Will post some cleaner pics at some point, but aside from water, soap and wax, I am done with the outside of this car.
Maybe Turbonetics next spring when my warranty wears off and I have nothing to lose...
