Adding more spring stiffness, would be a receipe to make things worse.
I am with anyone that want's to do things without spending money without cause, but at the very least I would recommend a upgrade to oem sport shocks, revised oem Z shocks, or 05/06 G coupe shocks off a donor car with oem 19's. Tokico D-specs would be better still of course, and IMO well worth the $500 investment.

Unrevised Z springs are stiffer than sedan non-sport springs. I would take his suggestion and upgrade shocks at the same time to any of the options he lists above.

I decided to just get Eibachs - they are designed for stock shocks and supposedly the R&D for the sedan Eibach Pros was done on a non-sport G sedan... this was posted by GSedan35 and I called Eibach directly (to ask some other questions)... They in fact used one of their employee’s car for R&D and he confirmed it was a non-sport sedan... So Eibachs for me... Good luck.

I'm dealing with that right now form my Z springs. Your car looks good. The more you drive it lowered the more you will love that set up.

^Your OEM spring rates:
Oem linear springs
G35 coupes with oem 17’s & 18’s (non-sport)
G35 sedan’s with sport suspension
350Z’s 2003/2004 (unrevised)
Front:314 Rear:342

You're looking for unrevised 350z springs from 2003-2004 350z's. Matching up spring rates will help with shock life. I also have a 2006 sport sedan, and had 350z springs front/back for awhile. The front wheel well makes it look like the front sits higher. Just switched out the non-sport g35 coupe springs in the rear recently to even things up a bit.

holy old thread. Yes go with unrevised springs from either the G coupe or Z to match the rates of your sport shocks/struts. If you have more than 50K miles, I would swap everything and go with a complete revised Z suspension. If you're under and the shocks/struts are in good shape, it just a matter of a 1" drop in the rear with the Z springs, or about a 1/2"-3/4" drop with the coupes.
Personally I went with the G coupe springs in the rear because I felt the Z springs gave too much of a drop in the rear. Its more evened out with the coupe springs in back. Ive been on this setup for about a year with my sport shocks and the car has been riding great.
