Fan Noise
Fan Noise
My G35 Sedan 03.5 has been making a loud fan noise after the engine warms up. I took it into the dealer, but of course they didn't hear anything. Anyone else have this issue? I would just like to identify it so I can fix it. Thanks!

the early 2003's have a mechanical fan, which spins fairly freely at high revs, or when cold, but engages at lower revs, and especially when hot. They can be pretty noisy when hot and idling. I swapped mine out for an electric fan setup - do a search for e-fan conversion. It's a bit of a job, but worth it in my opionion.
