I run an 8" glasspack for my resonator. The only rasp I get is within the first 5 min of driving if i go 75% throttle or more, once everything is warm, its perfect.

Titek Test Pipes (thinking of swapping to ART Pipes), HR Y Pipe (thinking of swapping to something aftermarket/less restrictive), Fujitsubo Midpipe and HKS Rear Section/Muffler. I'm open to ideas as far as the Test Pipes and Y Pipe, I know ART Pipes are pretty much the best out there but are they that much better than a good Resonated Test Pipe? I don't really care about the smell that Test Pipes give off since I know they yield better gains. Please let me know.

Alright well this is going to sound stupid lol but one of my favorite exhaust sounds ever is a C63 AMG , sounds so mean ! Is there an exhaust on the market for my G35X to have that deep agressive sound without having 453hp lol

There is nothing on this planet that will make a 3.5l v6 sound like a 6.3l v8! But an engine swap will get you better results lol

When you mean custom do you mean just buying 2 mufflers and whatever other parts i need? Whether the mufflers are same or different ahahah I was looking at 14815 Magnaflow Does anyone else have QUAD tips on their sedans and have a good setup and clip? If i had an idea of parts it would make my life a lot easier

I'll update the links to reflect "QUAD" tips

There is also someone from Florida with a custom G that is running quad tips from a porsche IIRC. I don't remember his SN right now

Trying to get my hands on an HKS Sport exhaust. Does anyone have one laying around in their garage they want to get rid of? Also keeping an eye on the market place...

Quote: Motordyne V1 ART pipes with a custom true dual exhaust: 2.5" custom Y-pipe to a Magnaflow X-pipe, to 3" piping after all the way back.

That sounds nice.... Holy crap so what do you mean or anyone when they say 2.5" like piping?? Also for the mufflers which ones did you use exactly? What is Custom true dual exhaust?? Sorry for all these noob questions but I'm really eager to get this done I just need right parts. I have a 05 g35x sedan btw

That just means the piping is 2.5" in diameter. I used a single Magnaflow 12468. A true dual exhaust means you have dual piping going all the way back to the end of the exhaust. For example, the stock G35 coupe/350Z is not a true dual, because it's a single pipe going into a muffler with 2 exhaust tips.
