No the Z springs they are getting are the oem Z springs to lower their car ~1". If you are going with other springs I would do sedan specific.

dang.. well i guess ill have to save a bit more $$$ now for coilovers before lowering it (no one here sells lowered springs for the 35 yet).
complete 350z aftermarket coilovers will be fine?

^You could always look for a full setup off a Z. That's what I have. Then later on, if you want to go lower, just pick up aftermarket Z springs.
Ah you are in AU, ok that makes sense. I would say to check out everything you can on here and get an idea of what drop you want. From there you should be able to get close with springs made for the Z. Another option is coilovers....

yeah but buying second hand z struts of someone will be a few hundred and then lowered springs for them will be another 400 so if im spending 750-800 on z struts and lowered springs i midas well spend $1300 on coilovers. not much more and it eliminates the 2nd hand struts that i have no control over quality wise.Originally Posted by nfsp1

^Strictly speaking, while the sport shocks will work, the Z shocks/struts will be better (especially the revised ones) because they are designed to work with the Z springs.
