i was thinking of doing the same. revising the stock air box to fit a filter cone.

ebay sells the cone adapter for like 5 bucks.

wanted to try on another air box, but everyone wants to sell their air box for so much. so the plan got canceled


i wanna see pics.

Like I said, wasn't trying to sound negative at all lol (you got me feelin like G35MASS), my point is if you're gonna buy a G and can afford it and want to mod it, do it right.

Again... last time I checked.. you can get a used G for under 21k.. especially a sedan..

I'm with Kazaam, I don't understand how 175 for a used intake is gonna make you broke, I'm sure anyone could save up $175-200 given enough time.

It's not that he could afford a better one, but why waste all that energy and time to make some bootleg intake?
