What kind of gas mileage are you guys getting?

I was just wondering what kind of gas mileage everyone else is getting on their g. I average 23-24mpg with a mixture of 60/40 hwy/city. Also, how much you guys paying for premium gas? I been using 91 instead of 93 to save some money with recent gas price. My local Sunoco have 93 at 3.81 and 91 at 3.75.

It depends how much I rev it. I got a best of 26mpg on a long trip which was mostly 60mph in 6th gear on the highway. I've seen as low as 16mpg when driving in town, but it's gotten better as I've learned the car. My previous car was a high reving 4cyl where most of the power was above 4000 rpm so it too time to adjust. I was also used to a 5 speed so I'd forget to shift to 6th on the highway. I've never checked to see if the top gear drive ratio is different from the 6MT to the Automatic; that might make a difference when you compare.

2003, i've gotten as low as 14.5 and thats with lots of bad driving. i've gotten about 15.9 with good driving habits but downshifting a lot. i pretty much only drive city. i never get a chance to drive well in the city. i find myself too aggressive. only use 91 or 93. i'd like 18 mpg..... imagine? sigh

Recently buying this I have run 4 tanks through. I have run 2 of premium (93 octane) and 2 of 89 octane (forgot the name). The 93 got better gas mileage over all then the 89 but only a mpg or 2 better here is what i got...
2004 G35 sedan hand calculated...
All highway with 93~ 25.37mpg
All highway with 89~ 23.68mpg
All city with 93~ 17.23 mpg
All city with 89~ 16.03 mpg

I get approx. 20-21 mpg with 93 octane filled every time. Last fill-up was at $3.89/gal. I fill up 2 times a month thanks to my short work commute (5 miles each way).

When I drive in my usual style it's 22mpg on 50% city and hwy.

Whe I drove like a granny for 2 weeks (as an experiment), I got 30 mpg hwy and 25 mpg city. I just can't keep it up though. I was the type driver that I'm always pissed at for driving too slow.
