Well i got my coupe seats in today and they do have memory option. My sedan seats don't have the memory so the plugs r different the coupe has 12 wires and sedan as 4. So i hooked up the wires as said above and the seat doesn't work. when i press the forward button i hear it make a clicking noise. Does any one know if u have to bypass the memory option in order for the seat to work? I see people talk about bypassing a control module
Deuce3333,
I'm in the same boat right now. I installed the driver's side seat the way that was suggested in this thread, but all i'm hearing is clicking noises.
I just got an 03 g35 coupe and I need to change the drivers seat but all I can come across are seats for a G35 coupe 04 and up. And I know that if it's an 04 and up the seat has an additional button that may not work which I'm okay with. My question is if I get a seat from an 04 or up, would plugging it in be the same, or would I have to mess with the wiring to get the seat warmer and everything working?
Hey guys i know y'all started this thread when I was 1 year old but hopefully someone can help me. Im trying to swap 06 coupe seats into my 06 sedan. I can’t find any wiring diagram for these two plugs. The coupe seat i’m trying to put in has a 6 pin plug, I need help.
Your subject line says sedan seats into a coupe but your message says coupe seats into a sedan. In either case, here are the manuals. Scroll down beloe the "viewing window" and you can "Click here to download a copy."
Is this for driver seat? And does your sedan come with memory seat function? As far as I know the main harness connector should be 12 pin, where do those two connect to your sedan seat originally?
