His parents should be proud.

Back on topic...the tires probably aren't the greatest, but they'll do the job. I have some crappy off brand on mine because they were put on by the dealer brand new before I bought it. They're tiny little 215's, but they seem to be fine and there is no point in replacing them until they're worn out.

ROFL wow that kid. I agree, I think parents are able to buy something for kids to a LIMIT. If i completely effed up my g35, i hope my parents don't get me any car, im not even saying that for the hell of it, its only fair. I have 2 jobs, in college, balance gym every once in a while. You can see why I need a car.

And yeah 40k at 17 is crap man sorry, if you said like 10k, i even think its too much. probably around 5-8k. But if your parents get u the car, give them credit. I know my friends lies about getting his own car but really his parents get it for him.

I've been running Nexen 3000's in the front for a lil over a year. They're feathering from the negative camber but gripped just fine. Its good bang for the buck IMO but then again yours where free so something is better then nothing. You'll be fine with the tires
