Like Blue said, they're the Works Bell paddle shifter kit and it's about $400. http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?m...or&prodid=2835 Not cheap, but I use them daily and they're one of my favorite mods. Install is very easy and all it requires is 4 hole drilled into the lower steering column cover. IMO, they really do improve the driving experience of the 5AT. Here a couple of short videos showing the placement and action. They only require about 1/8 of movement engage the shift.

I had looked into the works bell shifters, but didn't want to go with the carbon fiber look since I have the black/silver interior. I had considered painting them black, but then the cost of everything total was also another factor. I found a set of factory paddles and said what the hell, I don't mind cutting my car up in the name of science! The cost in the end was under half of the works bell ones before getting them painted, and was more time consuming rather than difficult. That being said, I have been doing custom work on cars for 17 years and have the tools to do it.
