You have 2 belts on the front of the engine. I would recommend replacing them both if you need to do one. I got both OEM belts for $36 and it literally took about 25 minutes to change them out myself.

There are 2 tension bolis on each side of the car. I think they are 12mm but can't remember exactly. Just loosen the bolts on the pulleys first and you're good to go.

Yes, the tensioner bolts are 12mm. The pulley bolts are 14mm/ 916, and the under carriage shield bolts are 10mm. My pulley bolts had siezed up quite a bit and I stripped them while try to get em off so be careful. If you strip em like I did then run to sears and pick yourself up a breaker bar and a bolt-out set( got my set for ten bucks). If you don't have a tension gauge then before you remove the belts just use you finger to get a rough feel of the tension in them. Worked for me!

Why do you have to loosen the pulley bolts? Shouldn't the tensioner bolts do the trick? Never replaced them on the G yet but every other car you just move the tensioner with big wrench and the belts comes loose.

Where did you buy the belts? Need to do this soon.

From my understanding, the tensioner bolts won't move on the G unless the pulley bolts are first loosened. I got my belts from Nissan for $67. The belts are the same for the 350z.

Just follow the DIY in tech area, it has clear step by step instructions with pics. I printed it out and got mine done in less an hour at night with poor lighting. Riverside Infiniti gave me a good deal on the OEM belts, you can call them and order from them.

Cracks in the belt doesn't mean replacement is needed. When the ribs actually start breaking off is when it's time to replace. These belts can last a long time.
