Your liver falls out.
IDK, one think I found out is that Aleve and Vicodin can mix safely (though it can be a little rough on your stomach, but mine's pretty tough)
I had an extremely bad sinus infection one time and it felt like I had my teeth in a vice while being stabbed in the side of my face and having an icepick driven into my eye socket (yes that bad)
I had taken an Aleve at first and that didn't touch it. Called the pharmacist and checked for drug interactions online and found out the two were compatible.
Yeah... that worked. Quite well actually.

Vicodin is a pain killer with acetaminophen(tylenol) in it and aleve is ibuprofen which is an anti inflammatory so yea there ok together but don't take more than 3200mg of ibuprofen (u shouldn't even be close to that anyway) but I'd reccomend taking it after you eat to prevent the stomach discomfort
