I used a combination of screwdrivers and various pliers.

The one thing you have to be really careful (and it's kinda tricky) is not to touch the inside of the lens. It will scratch very easily.
Looks like I get to go play Operation

Ok, I installed a stillen tube/K&N filter and a Magnaflow muffler. I just bought a 5/16" MD plenum spacer and BB grounding wires. Im wondering if these mods gave me any power. Magnaflow claims 10hp from their muffler. HAHA I wanted to know If I would get any power from this stuff. If so, how many hp/tq? I hope I didnt waste my money

^ Thanks. Its the same muffler as yours. I knew the grounding kit wouldnt increase power. I want to take my car to the track. I want so see If I can get into the low 14s. Is that even possible with my mods? Assuming I get a very good 60' Also, what needs to be done to get into the mid to high 13s? (Other than FI)

depends on how low of a 14 you want and your trans.

my AWD pig ran a 14.83 stock and then ran a 14.85 with a spacer and z tube. LOL

all depends, there aren't TOO many NA 13's sedans around but they are out there. Get a TP/HFC and that should give you a good shot.

Ive seen some good numbers on youtube. I would be discouraged if I ran anything over a 14.5. How were both your 60' times?

^I would imagine just fine since they're similar to the grill, but that's an assumption.

All depends on track prep, tires, temp, altitude, experience..ect

I ran 14.5 stock, it was 60ish deg, I then a few months later ran 14.7 when it was 85 out same track

Dont expect your first time at the track to get good times, its all practice

60 foots with my old tires were 2.2 + best I got was 2.198.

Part to blame that the TB only opens 10% when your foot is on the brake.

on average about a 2.2-2.4, i cut a 1.6 and ran a 14.5 but that had to be BS because i never came close to either time EVER again that night.

I have about 30 1/4 passes under my belt. So i'm not good or anything. I can however cut a decent R/T.

I dont know what type of trans you got but i will bet you the farm your first pass will not be 14.5 or better. If your a 6speed most people end up with 15.5's their first pass and get a LOT better by the end of the night. If your auto might be a little better but i've heard people post up 16.4 first time and end up leaving with 14.3-14.9.

14.5 is not impossible but dont get all pissed off. Have FUN and learn. And dont get mad with these little SRT4 guys spank you running 13's

im interested in doing something with my H4 light there stock and i dont like the color i dont know much about the wiring i was reading the 6k/3k thread but the product isnt showing up on the link. all that to the side i want to just change the bulb color is there a way i can give it more of a xenon look by just swapping out the stock bulbs? i dont know if HIDs are known for this but my bulbs seem to look like regular halogens as of late and they never did they always had that nice blue tint

I have been watching a few videos and have been noticing there is a "rev" light in between the two guages. It seems that the light is always on. I figured it would be some sort of factory shift light but now I am confused.

Anyone care to shed some light on this?
