I believe it is, in fact the one from 05-up MT coupes (rev-up) is a desirable upgrade due to the extended intake horn that smooths airflow and may add a tiny bit of power.

Fender work is fine I can do that Just wanted to know what size spacers would get me to flush with the fenders with the off set on the M45 sport wheel. I was thinking i might need 25mm but not sure?

they are 19x8.5 +50 correct ??? i have a 8.5 up front +20 with a 245/35 and im not flush as it can go ..... but since im dropped 3 inches i would say get a 30mm spacer and at that ride hight your should be pretty close

Yes 19x8.5 with +50, I was thinking 25 to 30mm but didnt know if that would be overkill. thanks

In another direction totally but....could someone please take a picture of the back of an 03-04 hid sedan headlight. I'd like to see if the dust cap arrangement and size as well as the back of the housing is the same for a halogen assembly which I have to compare.....
