But what are the differences between the nismo and 05-06 side skirts? I don't have to worry about the black ones since my 06 skirts are painted :P. So I would just like to know what the intricate differences are then....

Yes its for use in race cars were coolant cannot be used. Using it with coolant is a bad idea.
