I got a big problem, I bought some valve stem caps last week and to prevent them from seizing I read it's a good idea to put sillicone in between the 2 metals. I put black sillicone but I did not let it dry. Not I can't get none of the valve stem caps off. I'm pissed. What do I do

Wrap the stem cap in a shop towel, grab it with some channel locks, and unscrew it.

That's silicone gasket maker. You want some silicone lubricant to avoid the caps from seizing or some anti-seize.

It should rip/tear apart. You just need to apply some turning force. I doubt the rubber valve stem will tear before the silicone will

Most people who ask if they should turn it off should probably leave it on
