Anytime you change a suspension part it is recommended that you do get an alignment. It may be slightly off, but if your toe is a bit off, it could lead to premature and uneven tire wear. A simple thing like a bushing going out on the front lower control arm will throw off the alignment. May not be too noticeable but if you want the absolute best life for your tires, then it would be best to get an alignment.
I was, I'm on Kics R40s now.
Too vague of a question. What do you want? Sound? Power gains? Looks? Regardless it's only an intake. You're not really going to see a power difference. I usually refrain from telling people to search, but....use the search. There are sub categories and sticked threads where you can find your answer.
