Random Little Question Thread
I was able to get two discs out, smacking it real hard while pressing eject. My fists went a little numb though. Still got 4 more discs in there. I probably will try to take everything apart but it's gonna be a huge PITA.
I can't use a tape adapter though, mine didn't come with a tape player.

You can do an iPod or aux input on yours though, can't you?
Crap. Anyone know? I've always thought one was necessary.
Turns out its more like $70 but I could use that towards some brake pads. Apparently the unit needed is the PAC AAI-NIS2, but that's to keep the satellite radio as well, which I don't have and is not a big deal to me. Just want MP3/iPod capability.

I think I just thought of a solution. I'd need a pretty long RCA to 3.5mm headphone jack cable though. I'm thinking maybe I can run that through my JBL amp. It has RCA Auxiliary Outputs. Only thing I'm unclear/unsure of is what mode on the head unit I have to be in for it to work. Or maybe it plays just as long as the iPod is turned on. Gonna have to look into this later today. Just sucks though because I prefer CD's....then again I used MP3 discs and regular CDs are not FLAC quality so it's not much of a difference.
From what I gathered based on some old threads in the audio section there isn't. Everything requires a specific plug and the cheapest option is about $50 to get pretty good quality.
does anybody know if TSW manufactures their vortex rim at an 18x8.5 size? Their fitment guide is under construction and I can't find a definite answer. the only size i can find with the right PCD is 18x9.5 and i don't want to run that all the way around.
EDIT: Nevermind, found the answer after a quick call to the manufacturer

My idea with the amp and headphone thingy didn't work. Sucks....guess I'm stuck with the radio. My phones FM transmitter doesn't work out too well either. Chitty quality.
