^I haven't had any first hand experience with them, so it's kinda hard to say.
Seems to me the most issue people have with them are the reflectors being designed for Halogen and not HID. But a retro negates that little issue.
I've heard scattered reports of condensation, but I'm sure as many headlights as you've messed with you won't have any trouble fixing that if it becomes an issue.

I think a retro solely based on the eBay lights is probably a better idea than trying to get those lenses to fit stock housings.

Wanna try and convince me to go Bixenon? I can't seem to find the pros and cons to be honest.

 

^What? There's no convincing needed. Bi-xenon is the ONLY option. Anything else is dumb.

What about the Magnaflow rear like Danny (Screensavers) is running? It sounds pretty good, and I've thought about going that route too.
