get the Pxxxx code not what the guy says.

a spacer and intake mod will not effect o2 sensors. exhaust mods will. Either your sensor just happen to crap out at the same time you did those mods or the guy doesn't know what he is reading

At freeway speeds, there is lots of wind noise coming from right passenger side area. Around the rear right 3/4th area. It is disturbing and surprising since it is coming from rear part of car. Is it common? What could be the problem?

no sir, no open windows, no open doors. it's coming from day one since i owned it.

i noticed that the rubber beading that is between door and body is a little out of line. could it be the reason?

Is the ride so harsh on G35 with sport suspension that you feel everything on freeway speeds or is my suspension going out?

I did a 300 mile trip and it was very bumpy and could literally feel each and every thing that was transmitted from road. Is it normal?

One thing i have noticed is, at 70 mph, passenger seat vibrates a lot. And lots of undulations of road are felt. I had passengers in back seat and they were complaining of bumpiness and bad ride quality. Is it normal?

OTOH, I do love the way it handles curve at 40-50mph.
