I'm driving on (4) 235/45-18 Conti DWs. I got a metal shard in one of them and it looks like I have a slow leak. (okay to drive on??) The tires have about 5-6K miles on them. Wearing pretty normally except very slight cupping on two tires (just rotated them.)

Will it be okay to put my spare on? It's a brand new 215/55-17 Conti DWS. The rolling diameters are the same new but will the tread difference screw with the AWD?

I dont think the tread difference will matter, it matters about the Outer Diameter which you said is good.

Its fine to drive on a tire that has a slow leak just need to make sure you have air to put into it. Get it plugged when you can.

Bought a 5/16 plenum spacer, but no hardware was included. I know motordyne sells them for $45. But my question is do I need those white plastic tubes that go under the plenum?? What else do I need besides the extended bolts?

if its the basic you need the actual machined spacer, the white (or black) plastic spacer gaskets that go on the bolts in the upper center, all the extended bolts (should be 18 of em), plus washers for all the bolts and a tube of red loctite. If you got the iso thermal kit then you also need the gasket and the coolant control valve.

I honestly dont know if its iso thermal kit or the basic.
I was in a bit of a hurry (stupid me) so he just gave me what he had only and told me all i need are the bolts.

Also i believe the spacer came off a 350z.

Here are some pictures of what he gave me and maybe someone here can help me out on what i need.

- Deeper and a little louder than stock cats when < 2.5k RPM
- Rasp from 2.5-3k
- Not much different > 3k since induction noise becomes louder than the exhaust noise

I can't really tell whats in the bag but it is the basic kit as there is no iso-thermal manifold gasket. Should be fine if its off a 350z as its the same motor and the cut out looks the same. I'd get the parts kit and the iso thermal gasket. Here's a link to motordynes website or you can use one of the vendors on the site

hope this helps.
